#WMCFW Fall/Winter 2014: Day 5, Narces
Most of the evening shows on Day 5 of WMCFW took place in the runway room, but Narces decided on a more intimate approach and opted for the studio space instead. The after-five, evening wear collection was inspired by Britain and the colours of the Union Jack.
Nikki Wirthensohn’s shimmery and sparkly collection glided down the runway with beautiful floral blooms. The collection was dazzling and consisted of both cocktail dresses and floor length gowns. Although mostly in black, navy and skin-tone neutrals, we saw gold accents and vibrant reds. The impeccable detailing and ladylike femininity made up for neutrals hues.
These dresses ooze romantic elegance with lace, tulle, sheer chiffon and sequin embellishments. Whether a flowy number or figure-hugging dress, your inner Cinderella will be revelling in this collection of complete glitz and glamour.
