#SELOVES: The Holiday Edition of the One of A Kind Show (+GIVEAWAY)
I always appreciate something that’s handmade or made locally. In a time where almost everything is mass produced, it may be difficult to seek out local goods but luckily for us, one of the most popular maker’s markets is arriving in Toronto just in time for the holiday season.
For the past fourty-one years, the One of a Kind Show has brought together local artisans and created a platform for them to share their creations with consumers. This year, the OOAK Show will have over 800 exhibitors featuring Canadian artisans and designers from coast to coast offering everything from fashion to food to home décor. Whether it’s for yourself or a loved one, we’ve picked out a few of our favourites below!
Assorted macarons boxes $13 to $55 by
Michael Gesualdi, AG Macarons.
Various face masks $42 each by Narae Kim and
Elie Nehme, Artifact Skin Co.
Beard oil $18, hand painted badge hair brush $135,
hand turned razor $75 and shaving soap $17 by
Amber Nice, Cutthroat Shaving.
Wooden air plant holder $45 by Pierre Boulanger,
Manu Lerendu & David-Alexandre Labossière, Okopo.
I love visiting the OOAK Show because I often leave inspired by the unique and original designs. It’s a great place to spend the weekend or an afternoon with a loved one or even a few friends. With the holidays right around the corner, why not pop by and kick start your holiday shopping early.
In the spirit of the holidays, we’ve partnered with the OOAK Show to give away 10 pairs of tickets (yes, you read that correctly, 10!). To enter, just use the widget below.
