Medulla & Co. is a salon-retail concept space that harmonizes organics and luxury in an elevated shopping experience for clients and customers. Founded by colour genius Luis Pacheco of Hair On The Avenue, Medulla & Co. is new to Queens West in Toronto, creating a pleasant client experience featuring ammonia-free colour services and vegan hair care products like Purology and TO112. The new salon concept eliminates harsh chemicals while welcoming brands and products that prioritize sustainability and safety to clients.
Medulla & Co. offers a selection of items including sunglasses,
perfumes, beauty products, luxury candles, home accessories, books, magazines and other gift items making it the perfect space to pick up thoughtful, one of kind pieces. If you’re in Toronto, you won’t want to miss this pop-up shop. RAC Boutique is launching a four-day shopping extravaganza, The Bazaar. Beginning today, vendors from across the city are bringing together the city’s best fashion in one convenient one-stop shop. The Bazaar, will feature a variety of items including women’s and men’s spring/summer 2012 apparel, accessories, lifestyle goods, vintage, consignment, samples and reduced fall 2011 inventory. Participating vendors include Robber, LAB Consignment, 69 Vintage, Jacflash, Woodlawn, Dalston Grey, GotStyle, Tosca Delfino swim, Fashionably Yours, Rita Liefhebber, Fischer Street, RAC, Love of Mine, Aeroplane Vintage Eyewear and Elle Hardware.
“We wanted to create a fashion event that featured amazing designers, as well as host a temporary space where people could socialize and be inspired,” said owners Glenna Weddle and Faith Orfus.“It gives us the opportunity to share wha
t we love most about RAC and partner with other independent retailers in the city to offer a unique fashion experience.”
The Bazaar kicks off tonight at 6pm. It will be an evening of shopping complete with DJ Brendan Canning (Broken Social Scene), Popchips, Absolut Elyx Vodka Cocktails, Kronenbourg Beer, SmartWater and VitaminWater.
